Could the whole WikiLeaks controversy just an excuse to shut

Could all of this be setup by the World Government to bring an end to the current internet so, that they can launch Internet2?

And if the World Government really does control the television broadcasting networks and want to shutdown the internet then, could that be why NBC National News, reported that "WikiLeaks Activists" pose a threat to anyone who goes online?

What are your thoughts on this?
